By accessing and using the portal provided by Egiss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 
 
 

2. Scope of Use

You may only use the portals provided by Egiss for offerings related to your organisation. You are prohibited from using the portals for personal purposes or on behalf of any other organisation without explicit authorisation. 

 

 

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breaches. 

 

 

4. Product and Service Information

All offerings, products, and services available through the portals will adhere to the specifications agreed in the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or related contracts. Information such as product descriptions or technical details may come from third-party providers and should be cross-verified with your specific contractual terms. 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with the portals and their content belong to Egiss or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent. 

 

 

6. Termination

Egiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the portals at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms of Use. 

 

 

7. Change to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon their posting, and continued use of the portals will constitute your acceptance of the changes. 

 

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law outlined in the applicable Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or related contracts between your organisation and Egiss. In the absence of any specific governing law in those agreements, the laws of Denmark will apply, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
